Formulate long-term strategic roadmaps tailored to each country within your remit. Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive activity to uncover business opportunities and craft targeted marketing approaches, including pricing strategies that support revenue and margin objectives
Collaborate across departments to shape financial plans and operational forecasts aligned with broader business priorities
Lead the development and rollout of tailored marketing campaigns in your assigned countries. Build strong networks and identify key opinion leaders and Centers of Excellence. Ensure tight coordination with relevant internal functions to execute cohesive regional plans
Manage the lifecycle of existing and upcoming products, from introduction to phase-out. Work closely with supply chain counterparts to oversee inventory transitions, forecast demand, and resolve backorder issues
Guide marketing communication efforts and provide strategic input to branding activities. Monitor campaign effectiveness to maintain strong brand visibility and positioning
Align with regional and local sales leads to unify marketing and sales goals. Identify capability needs, oversee product and clinical training, and resolve market or logistics-related issues that could impact franchise performance
